what are the MR.GIFT delivery fee?
Due to our direct-from-factory model, which significantly reduces the product's profit margin, we offer free shipping to your doorstep for orders over $59. For orders less than $59, a uniform shipping fee of $6.5 will be charged.
When will my package be shipped out?
Once you've received the order confirmation email, we'll be all hands on deck, wrapping up your parcel with the love and care it deserves. We promise, within 48 hours, your furchild's package will be hand-delivered to our courier, who will probably wag their tail in excitement. Where is the goods shipped from？
Our design headquarters is located in Melbourne, Australia, but to ensure you get high-quality products at the lowest prices, we've saved on most of the labor and warehousing costs for you. How long does the shipping take approximately?
Our international shipping speeds are currently very fast. For most North American countries, as well as major countries like Canada and Australia, you can generally receive your package within 7 business days (from the date of shipment). Some major European countries can receive theirs within 10 business days, and at the latest, it won't take more than 12 business days.
